FULL PAYMENT
for the conference must be received in order to confirm your registration. All payments must reach the Conference Secretariat by

Please note that registration without payment will not be processed. For administrative reasons, registration and payment received
after 23 November, 2018
will not be processed. Delegates will have to register onsite during the official registrations opening hours.
Any bank charges should be deducted from the participant's/participating organization’s own account. The full fee must be received by the Conference Secretariat.
E. REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY11
For cancellation, please notify the Conference Secretariat: cytology@cytology.org.hk, and please identify the name(s) of the participant(s) and the cancellation item(s).
An administration fee of 50%
of the paid registration fee will apply. Refunds will only be made after the completion of the Symposium.
No refund
will be entertained for cancellation requests received by the Conference Secretariat
on or after 23 November, 2018

. HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
Above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and government tax.
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 1 night per room is required to secure your hotel reservation. Balance payment must be settled with Connexus Travel on or before
23 November, 2018
. Failure to comply with final payment requirement would result in automatic cancellation of reservation and no refund of the deposit will be made.
Full cancellation penalty would be applied to cancellation made after
